崔瑾,农学博士,网投十大信誉排名官网(中国)有限公司植物生物学系教授,博士生导师,副经理。主要从事芽苗蔬菜安全生产和营养品质调控,以及蔬菜、水稻等农作物重金属污染防控。
一、芽苗蔬菜安全生产和营养品质调控
芽苗蔬菜生产简便,消费量大,富含营养物质,具有独特的保健功能。课题组以大豆芽、绿豆芽和萝卜芽等为主要实验材料,立足我国对芽苗蔬菜安全生产和营养价值进一步提升的重大需求,通过辐射诱变筛选突变体和UV-A光调控等方法显著提高次生代谢产物含量,并阐明相关物质积累调控的分子机理,为生产富含花青苷、类黄酮和维生素C等营养物质的芽苗蔬菜提供理论依据、新品种材料和技术途径,显著提高营养价值,更好地发挥其功能型食品的作用,提升芽苗菜产业经济效益和社会效益。
二、蔬菜、水稻等农作物重金属污染防控
土壤的重金属污染尤其是镉(Cd)污染问题已经严重威胁到农产品安全和农业可持续发展。课题组以小白菜、水稻为实验材料,主要探究不同品种植物镉积累和耐性差异的分子机制,通过品种筛选和应用安全有效的外源阻隔剂降低植物对Cd的吸收或转运,并阐明相关分子机理,为小白菜和水稻低镉品种选育和外源阻控降低可食部分镉含量提供重要的理论依据和技术途径。
先后主持4项国家自然科学基金,4项省部级课题,共计发表科研论文70多篇,其中SCI源期刊论文50多篇,包括Plant Physiology, J of Experimental Botany, Environmental Pollution, J of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, BMC Plant Biology等国际知名期刊。
在教学上着重开展虚拟仿真教学资源建设和应用共享。先后主持省级教改项目2项、校级重点教改项目2项,主持国家级虚拟仿真实验一流课程2门,获得软件著作权7件,发表教改论文12篇,参编教材2部,获得各类公司产品奖项8项,其中获得江苏省教学成果二等奖、公司教学成果特等奖各2项。
