研究方向:
综合利用生物信息学,分析整合表观基因组、三维基因组、转录组和代谢组等数据,研究大豆和水稻盐胁迫响应的表观遗传调控机制,鉴定关键调控基因和位点,整合胁迫响应的调控网络。
